Simon Tung

Chief Executive Officer

Simon Tung, CEO of XIVON FX Plus, is a seasoned financial leader with deep experience in global banking, corporate strategy, and market analysis. He holds a Master of Finance from Tsinghua University and began his career at China Merchants Bank, rising to Board Secretary during his eight-year tenure.
He later spent over six years in the UK with Lloyds Bank, gaining international leadership experience. After the pandemic, Simon shifted fully into trading and market analysis, quickly earning a reputation for precision and strong macroeconomic insight.
Simon co-founded XIVON FX Plus with his long-time friend Richard Hall, now CFO. Together, they are building a transparent, innovative, and trader-focused global forex platform.

Richard Hall

Chief Financial Officer

Richard is a highly experienced finance professional with a background in investment management, strategic planning, and corporate financial governance. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London.
Born in Selhurst and a lifelong Crystal Palace fan, Richard built his career at respected institutions including AJ Bell and Evelyn Partners. In 2019, he met Simon Tung at Lloyds Bank in Birmingham; what began as a work connection quickly became a strong, trusted friendship.
That partnership ultimately led them to co-found XIVON FX Plus, where Richard now leads financial strategy, risk management, and global growth.

Situ Hao

Chief Technology Officer

Situ Hao is a tech visionary known for his efficiency, discipline, and technical expertise. A top graduate of Zhejiang University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Technology, Situ has built his career in China’s highly competitive tech sector.
He began at Tencent as a web developer and rose to Engineering Manager, leading a team of 30 engineers on large-scale, high-performance projects. His ability to deliver reliable, elegant solutions under pressure has earned him a strong reputation.
At just 33, Situ now leads technology at XIVON FX Plus, overseeing platform architecture, innovation, and product development to ensure speed, security, and excellence as the company grows globally.

Jackson Li

Trading & Dealing Desk Manager

With nearly a decade of experience in stocks, commodities, and forex, Jackson Li serves as the Trading and Dealing Desk Manager at XIVON FX Plus. A graduate of Xiamen University, Jackson discovered his passion for trading at a young age, driven by his belief that disciplined investing is a key path to financial freedom.
He has worked with multiple financial institutions and online platforms, including XTB and Pepperstone, gaining expertise in trade execution, risk management, market analysis, and liquidity. Jackson plays a central role in ensuring XIVON FX Plus’ trading operations remain reliable, efficient, and professional.

Michelle Tung

HR & Admin Officer

Having worked in Hong Kong for the past 12 years, Michelle Tung serves as the HR and Admin Officer at XIVON FX Plus. She holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in Shanghai and has worked with major international corporations, including AIA Group, CLP Group, and Cathay Pacific Airways.
Michelle brings deep expertise in talent management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. At XIVON FX Plus, she oversees HR development, recruitment, administrative operations, and workplace culture, ensuring a professional, compliant, and people-focused environment as the company grows globally.

Anna Wang

Back Office Specialist

Anna Wang is the Back Office Specialist at XIVON FX Plus, ensuring the security, integrity, and smooth operation of all client processes. A graduate of Renmin University of China (RUC), she brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Anna manages critical functions including KYC verification, deposits and withdrawals, identity checks, and fraud prevention. By maintaining strict compliance and accuracy, she protects both the company and its clients while fostering trust in the platform.
Her diligence ensures that client onboarding and financial operations run efficiently, transparently, and securely, supporting a seamless trading experience and the reliability of XIVON FX Plus’ ecosystem.
